General
The unimposing little box that is the Roland VP-42H is capable of producing fully customisable compositions for a maximum of four video inputs with movement-based scene changes for a stunning visual impact. At the literal and simple touch of a button, produce scene transitions between layered sources using preset arrangements. The movement between windows is supple as they are automatically resized and shifted to their new position. Presentations made using fixed images saved on a USB drive can make use of a real cross-dissolve for seamless transitions or a keyer to create overlays. Connect the VP-42H up to a network and configure scenes using your browser and a simple drag-and-drop.
Flexible Audio Solutions
The Roland VP-42H comes fitted with stereo RCA outputs so that audio from connected HDMI sources can be de-embedded and sent to devices like speakers or a mixer while it's possible to control the volume level with the integrated audio mixer. When used to compose recordings or for live streaming, then it can take audio from an external mixer or similar source and embed it into the HDMI output signal via the RCA outputs. The VP-42H can be used easily to run an entire LED wall, provide high-impact projections at conferences or to simply create striking digital signal boards.
