General

The Rode Rodecaster Video Mixer is a complete audio and video workshop in one. This unique combination of a video-switcher and audio interface puts every tool needed to produce professional content and live-stream within easy reach. Whether you're making a podcast, vlog, or live streaming, you can spin a web of all of the media you're working with and prep it, in real-time, for any major platform, including YouTube Live, Twitch Live and Facebook Live.

Video

Effortlessly switch between a maximum of six video sources and build up to seven scenes that can be called up at the push of a button. Four of the six video sources can be input via the fitted set of four HDMI inputs, but streaming is also supported via USB, Ethernet or WiFi. Besides the right connections, the Rodecaster Video supplies all of the visual tools you need to create on the fly, so you can add your channel logo to the image with minimum effort and replace any visual background noise with any backdrop you want using the Greenscreen Chroma Key function.

Audio

The Rodecaster Video is also a fully-fledged audio interface, and it's even more than that. Connect up professional microphones to the two microphone inputs fitted on the rear, both of which come backed up by the same Revolution preamps as the Rodecaster Pro consoles, and the same inputs can also take line-level audio sources, including electric guitars. A special USB-C host port also supports Rode USB microphones and, if you'd prefer to mike everything up without any cables at all, then just take advantage of the two built-in wireless receivers, which can be paired with any Rose Series IV transmitters. And, when it comes to audio tweaking, you're lent the pro-grade help of outstanding Aphex audio processors, including an equalizer, a compressor and a de-esser.
