Rode's NT2000 is the world's largest diaphragm condenser studio microphone. It features switchable pickup patterns (cardioid, omnidirectional and figure-8), filter and PAD settings, which can be adjusted directly on the body of the microphone. This all-round microphone can be used for any possible recording session - from vocals to acoustic instruments and even electric guitars! The NT2000 has a low signal/noise ratio (only 7 dB) and a maximum sound pressure of 147 dB, ensuring a wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz that lets the microphone record in a versatile, high-quality manner.

Wrote the following about RØDE NT2000 condenser studio microphone

De Røde NT2000, een studio microfoon die naar mijn gevoel vele andere microfoons overtreft. Vooral omdat de kwaliteit van dit product en het prijskaartje ongeëvenaard kunnen worden. Vroeger heb ik wel eens door andere microfoons gezongen en gitaar gespeeld. Dat waren microfoons die wel 5 keer zo duur waren maar de Røde NT 2000 heeft het gewoon allemaal voor een toegankelijke prijs voor een breder publiek en elk budget. Eveneens is de Røde NT 2000 ook nog eens instelbaar voor elk gebruik, of ju nu alleen zingt of speelt op een instrument of met een gans kamerconcert. Met de Røde NT 2000 wordt alles mogelijk en bovendien zijn warme sound is wat mij vooral aanspreekt!!

Dit product is Top en een must have in iedere home studio !!

Wauw! Wat een veelzijdige microfoon. Fantastisch helder en mooi laag frequentiebereik. De mic is groot maar niet heel onhandig om mee te werken en ook om de meeste microfoonstandaards blijft hij staan. De knoppen zijn handig en duidelijk, de filter helder en het doet allemaal precies wat het belooft.

Microfoon is geschikt voor spraak, zang en instrumentopnames (alles met vlag en wimpel).
Ik ben fan.

Sinds een aantal maanden heb ik de NT2000 in bezit. Bijgaand een stukje video, waarvan de piano is opgenomen met twee NT-2000 microfoons in AB-opstelling. Ik ben zeer tevreden over deze microfoon vooral vanwege zijn uitstekende rondom-gevoeligheid, welke overigens traploos is te regelen naar nier of figuur-8 karakteristiek.
