Voor mijn budget echt zeer goed! Ik was al lang van plan om deze aan te schaffen want ik had een ooit geleend en was positief verrast over de heldere klank die mijn stem kreeg, door de C214. De build is ook van hoge kwaliteit!

Ik ben erg tevreden met de C214. Van te voren ben ik er al niet vanuit gegaan dat deze het zelfde zou klinken als de C414, wat ook niet te verwachten is gezien het prijs verschil.
Mic is stevig gebouwd en de shockmount is prettig om mee te werken, geen schroefdraad maar een draai/klem systeem. De mic is erg gevoelig voor akoestiek, dus mocht je deze microfoon willen aanschaffen, hou er dan rekening mee dat je wellicht je acoustic treatment wat moet aanpassen.
Ik heb deze mic aangeschaft om twee andere condensor mics te vervangen en tot op heden heb ik hier geen spijt van! Hij is top voor akoestische gitaar en vocals, de sound is vrij flat, precies waar ik naar opzoek was.
Mocht je nou deze mic willen aanschaffen voor vocals in de hoop dat het in de buurt van de C414 komt, dan raad ik je aan om de Aston Origin aan te schaffen!!

Werkelijk een SUPER microfoon, afhankelijk van het gebruik.
Voor zang is de (veel duurdere) C414 inderdaad stukken beter, maar voor uitversterking van bijvoorbeeld electrische gitaar is juist de C214 een betere optie.
Met name voor In-Ear gebruikers een wezenlijke verbetering van je gitaargeluid.

geen topper. matige klankkleur. ik wilde het eens proberen voor de stem, maar een willekeurige mic van SE electronics is al 10x beter. er zit 0,0 warm in en hij is 0,0 helder. Dat hoor je meteen, zo niet, dan wel helemaal als je hem voor de grap test samen met een andere mic. Ik denk dat het ongetwijfeld erg goed zou kunnen zijn voor een of ander instrument, als je zin hebt om net als sommige studio-eigenaren 2000dagen van je leven te besteden aan gekke trucjes te verzinnen om op te nemen. Hoe dan ook, voor de stem? niet doen.

supermicrofoon! ik heb hem zelf al 2 jaar en ik heb hem bij opnamens voor o.a. het volgende zeer succesvol kunnen gebruikten:

- versch soorten gitaar
een goed helder laag!
let er bij zangopnames wel op dat je bij uithalen je afstand houd(vooral bij hoge gain natuurlijk)
