General

The DeckLink Studio 4K capture & playback card from Blackmagic Design offers 6G SDI and 4K HDMI inputs and outputs and support SD, Ultra-HD and DCI 4K video formats and resolutions. This PCI-e card comes including a breakout cable finished with a multitude of connection options, including composite, s-video, two AES/EBU audio channels and four balanced analogue audio channels. In addition, the DeckLink Studio 4K features an RS-422 deck control, a reference input and a down-converted SD output. All common codecs and formats such as ProRes and DNxHD are supported, as are 10-bit uncompressed video formats. When fed uncompressed video, the DeckLink converts the original image pixel-by-pixel to ensure zero loss of quality.
