Providing cellists full on-stage presence, the Shadow SH 955 pickup system registers both string vibration and body resonance and comes coupled to a preamp complete with volume and tone controls. The active preamp housing has been fully shielded to counter hum or noise and the entire system is mounted with ease and without the need for any modification.
