Using the Vandoren PP09 pressure plates for Optimum ligature, you can experiment with the sound of your baritone saxophone. These replacement plates can be placed on the ligature in no time, and they also last a long time. Each individual plate, of which there are three in total, has its own influence on your sound. The first plate creates a sound full of colour and resonant. The second plate, on the other hand, creates a more compact sound that is less likely to be out of tune.
