With the Sennheiser EW 500 G4-KK205 wireless system, you're taking studio quality sound with you on stage, courtesy of an SKM 500 G4 handheld that's been fitted with a Neumann KK205 capsule. In other words, your audience gets to enjoy the same legendary sound that can be heard on countless studio albums.

The ew 500 G4 System

The EW 500 G4 wireless microphone system is the most powerful offering in Sennheiser's Evolution Wireless series. The transmission power runs up to no less than 50 mW, while the possibilities are virtually endless. The EM 300-500 G4 receiver boasts an ethernet connection that lets you link up a small army of EW 500 G4s and, thanks to the Wireless Systems Manager software, you're able to control all of them from behind your laptop.

Wrote the following about Sennheiser ew 500 G4-KK205-BW Wireless Handheld Microphone System (626 - 698 MHz)

Je viens à peine de le recevoir et ce micro HF est vraiment un petit bijou.

J'ai juste un petit problème d'interférence quand je mute le micro mais en changeant de fréquences déjà le problème est quasiment inexistant puisqu'il se fait entendre seulement quand j'approche le micro de la base, toujours en mode mute. Du coup, je pense qu'il s'agit juste d'un réglage au niveau du squelch.

Mis à part ce petit souci, de réglage probablement, la qualité de ce micro est exceptionnelle autant que la version filaire de Neumann KK105 avec la technologie de Sennheiser en plus. Ils ont également rajouté du corps à la capsule, à savoir des graves plus présent tout en gardant la finesse de Neumann.

Je l'essaie en condition samedi prochain, je viendrai vous poster un autre avis.
