General

The Shure SLXD14/153 wireless headset microphone system includes the almost invisible MX153 headset microphone. Fitted with a condenser capsule with an omnidirectional pickup pattern, this mic registers pure, natural sound and boasts low wind-sensitivity. The SLXD Series digital system as a whole has been developed to provide dynamic, crystal clear sound, and since it comes equipped with a smart Digital Predictive Switching Diversity function, it quickly, automatically, and seamlessly switches between channels whenever any interference is detected. And it does this with such speed, you don't even notice it's happening. Fitted with a network port, multiple SLXD14/153 systems can be coupled to build larger setups while the SLX-D helpfully keeps track of available channels.
