Speaker bom-proof en in goede orde ontvangen. Dit is mijn tweede EVM12L classic. 1 heb ik in een Thiele ported cabinet en nu deze in een open (HOOK) cabinet.
Ik heb veel vergelijkingsmateriaal aan speakers en kom altijd weer terug op de EVM12L. Een palet van precies alle frequenties die je van een gitaar wilt horen. Geen pijnlijke schelle hoge tonen. Alle gebieden zijn prettig om naar te luisteren. Ook belangrijk is dat je lang naar de speaker kan luisteren zonder dat bepaalde frequenties je gaan storen.
Een speaker met een hoge sensitivity waardoor je ook op laag volume, de dynamiek en karakteristiek van de speaker behoud.
In zowel de Thiele als in het open cabinet klinken ze geweldig! Het open cabinet heeft iets meer ambiance door de 'backsound' (vergelijkbaar met het backlight van een TV) en het Thiele cabinet is directer (persoonlijk vind ik dat prettiger op de buhne).
Twijfel je als muzikant of zelfs als fabrikant of je wel de juiste sound kan maken? Zet er een EVM12L in, dan zit je altijd goed!

Super hp, je l'ai monté dans une reproduction de caisson thiele et ça sonne super bien.

Tout simplement incroyable. Monté dans un TL806 maison avec respect exact des plans electrovoice, cet haut parleur a un rendu stupéfiant ! Je redécouvre mes guitares et ampli. Ajoutez un égaliseur et vous faites ce que vous voulez avec le son, vous permettant d'explorer des palettes sonores inatteignables avec les haut-parleurs type Celestion ou Éminence qui sont bridés à leur caractère/personnalité. Cet electrovoice dans son cab d'origine est probablement la meilleur chose à découvrir.
