The Visaton TIW 300 - 8 Ohm is a high-quality 12-inch woofer that delivers impressive performance whether you are building a hi-fi speaker or upgrading an existing speaker. Thanks to a black cellulose cone, sturdy aluminium frame and large-format magnet construction, this woofer is built for serious sound intensity and detail. The 65 mm voice coil, combined with kapton carrier and generous ventilation via pole hole and openings in the chassis, ensures minimal distortion even at high volumes. With a load capacity of 300 watts RMS (600 watts peak) and a frequency response up to 4000 Hz, this woofer is suitable for both sub-low and powerful midrange reproduction. Its impressive excursion range of +/-16 mm allows deep and clear bass in a variety of speaker enclosures.
