Effortlessly create true studio-quality audio with the capable help of eight Xenyx Mix Preamps, a 24-bit Multi-FX processor and the uber-musical sound of British-styled equalisation: the Behringer RX1202FX V2. This conveniently slim, 19" rack mixer gives you eight microphone/line channels and a further two dedicated line channels alongside a healthy bunch of inputs and outputs for connecting through external processors like a compressor, gate, or other audio shaping tools. An AUX send and return has also been fitted for inserting external effects into the dry mix, while you get the rich and full force of built-in equalisers that have been based on the legendary, British-made mixing desks that were last seen in studios in the '60s and '70s. Couple that with the Xenyx Mic Preamps and you're rewarded by breathtaking warmth and detail that's packed out with character.
The Behringer RX1202FX V2: Outstanding Performance
While it does accommodate outboard effects, the Behringer RX1202FX V2 comes with its very own built-in bank driven by a 24-bit Multi-FX processor that offers 100 already-stunning presets for drenching the mix in effects like reverb, chorus, flangers, delays, a pitch shifter, and a handful of multi-effects. Thanks to the accurate Signal and Clip LED indicators mounted on the front panel, you're kept continuously updated on the input and output level status and can make any necessary tweaks with ease and speed. To finish, this rack mixer provides a handy CD/Tape port so that backing tracks or playlists can be played back from a connected phone; media player; or even an old-school CD player, before using the CD/Tape To Ctrl function to isolate a track while recording.
