This Deep Series 5 left-handed electro-acoustic bass guitar from Ortega features a solid Alaskan spruce soundboard that lends it extra warm and deep sound along with boosted sustain. Like its siblings, the D558-4-L supports everything from home practice to all-out live shows and even comes with a cutaway for increased playing comfort and eased access to the highest frets.

Pure Elegance

The light spruce top combines beautifully with the dark-brown walnut body and mahogany neck, while the pau ferro fretboard has been polished off with a Roman numeral position marker at the 12th fret, completing an elegant four-string acoustic bass that can be tuned up on the spot thanks to the built-in tuner of the Ortega MagusPRO/B preamp.
