Each string included in this pack of Martin Strings Luxe MK13 Kovar Medium acoustic guitar strings feature a steel core and Kovar winding: a naturally corrosion-resistant nickel and cobalt alloy that's simply designed to last longer. The steel and Kovar combo also results in brighter, clearer and more balanced acoustic sound, so installing this set will improve the attack and response of your instrument - which is exactly what these strings have been designed to do. The MK13 Medium pack includes gauges .013 to .056, making it a great pick for guitarists who prefer a slightly higher string tension.
