The CD-60 V3 is the upgraded Walnut edition of the incredibly popular and surprisingly inexpensive Fender CD Series. This steel-string acoustic is developed for serious beginners who want to start honing their skills in Fender-grade comfort. The laminated body is shaped by mahogany back and sides and a spruce soundboard, while the set-in neck has been made of nato neck and finished with a walnut fretboard, coupling with the walnut bridge to boost string-to-body resonance and add a touch more tonal warmth.

The Fender CD-60 V3: A Comfortable Acoustic

The mahogany, walnut and nato combo delivers round and full acoustic sound that's given a sweet and woody edge as well as the optimum level of attack by the body shape.
