The Guild D-2612CE Deluxe Antique Sunburst Westerly is an exquisitely finished 12-string guitar that has been granted a solid Sitka spruce soundboard and a striped ebony body. So you can plug it in and really bring the bright mids and forceful bass to life, Guild have also installed a Fishman Sonitone preamp which sets you up with fuss-free volume and tone controls. The elegant Antique Sunburst finish, meanwhile, brings the aesthetics up to par with the rest of the build, completing a more-than stage-worthy twelve-string.

I am a sucker for a burst finish and this guitar does it justice! What a truly fantastic instrument! Great build quality - as you’d expect from anything manufactured by Guild - but what a fabulous instrument to play and what a fabulous sound, with a great sustain. Also, if like me visual aesthetics are important, it’s stunning to look at, and that ebony back and sides just add to the wonderful burst and mother of pearl inlay. If you want a great 12 string, in my view, this is a winner!

Wat een heerlijke gitaar is dit zeg. Allereerst een prachtig design als je hem uit de doos haalt.
Maar daarnaast ook een fantastisch helder en warm geluid. Hij speelt heerlijken door de cutaway kun je overal goed en zuiver spelen. En dan een Guild, super fijn en betrouwbaar merk. Helemaal verliefd op deze gitaar.

Fantastisch voor fingerstyle. De klank van iedere noot wordt vele malen voller. Fijn ook dat de gitaar een ingang heeft, maar om eerlijk te zijn heb ik hem amper gebruikt aangezien de gitaar al luid is van zichzelf.
