Yamaha brengt met de V7SG een vioolset gericht op de beginnende violist die op zoek is naar een serieus instrument. Deze viool is namelijk met de hand gemaakt én afgewerkt, zodat je kunt rekenen op consistente kwaliteit. Dankzij de speciale ‘shading’ olievernis afwerking krijgt deze door Stradivari geïnspireerde viool een bijzonder stijlvolle uitstraling. De afwerking is van grote invloed op de klank, daarom heeft Yamaha er voor gekozen om deze met de hand aan te brengen. Het resultaat is een instrument met een uitstekende respons en articulatie. V7SG: Complete set voor beginners

Het is duidelijk dat Yamaha veel aandacht heeft gestoken in het ontwerp van de V7G viool. Zo is er gekozen voor een Wittner staartstuk met vier fijnstemmers, zodat je de D’Addario Helicore snaren eenvoudig op stemming kunt brengen. Dankzij de brug van Aubert wordt de trilling van de snaren goed doorgegeven aan het sparrenhouten bovenblad. Zowel de stemsleutels, kinsteun en de toets zijn gemaakt van donker ebbenhout, wat ook bijdraagt aan de tijdloze uitstraling. Compleet geleverd met lichtgewicht koffer, strijkstok van Braziliaans hout en Pirastro Schwarz hars.

Ik heb diverse snaar instrumenten, en heb deze allemaal met plezier kunnen stemmen, zowel met bij geleverde klik-on sensor, met de ingebouwde microfoon en de line-verbinding, ook had ik een stemvork gebruikt om te zien of dat de uitlening waar is, en dat is het, m.a.w., ik ben er zeer tevreden mee!,
