General

Behringer's successful B-speaker series has been expanded with this B115MP3 model. This active 15 inch speaker doesn't look particularly exceptional until you go around the back and see just what's so extraordinary about this versatile speaker. The B115MP3 features a built-in MP3 player fed via USB plus a USB input for the dongle of a ULM wireless microphone system.

Built-in MP3 player and Wireless option

The built-in MP3 player of the Behringer B115MP3 is fitted with a port for a USB drive meaning you can easily play MP3 files straight through this speaker. Two inputs are provided for both microphone and/or line connections and a ULM system can be connected via USB. These ULM systems come with a USB dongle that can be easily plugged into the USB port of the speaker and receive signal from a coupled wireless microphone. With this user-friendly speaker, no separate microphone and receiver is required! The internal mixer lets you tweak the levels of 2 microphones, or your audio input and microphone so you can sing along to songs, make clear announcements and deliver speeches.

Components and amplifier module of the B115MP3

The B115MP3 offers more than just the features mentioned above. A speaker has to produce sound, after all. The B115MP3 is fitted with a powerful 15-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter with a large synthetic horn for optimal dispersion. Behringer have also redesigned their amplifier modules, making them even lighter. All excess weight has been shed, resulting in a powerful, lightweight speaker of only 17.2 kg.
