General
Following the resounding success of the K-Series, QSC present the next evolutionary step in their high performance, wood-housed speakers. The KW-Series maintains every bit of the detailed and ground-breaking electronics found in K-Series models but come in a much more manageable, compact and lighter package, even despite a 15mm thick birch plywood construction. The KW122 active two-way speaker is loaded with a 12-inch woofer and 1.75-inch compression driver.
1000 W Class D
The innards of this speaker are protected by a black-powder coated grille while the wooden panels are cloaked in black, textured paint. Inside, the woofer and compression driver are fed by a Class D bi-amplifier, dealing 500 Watts to the low frequencies and an equal 500 Watts to the highs. The active two-way delivers a maximum SPL of 131 dB at one metre and can handle a frequency range at -10 dB spanning 50 to 20,000Hz.

hoewel hun kracht van 1000 W, zijn toch licht en gemakkelijk hanteerbaar
elke keer verschiet ik er van hoe luid deze wel kunnen
op het eerste zicht lijkt het een moeilijk bedieningspaneel, maar het is zelf voor een amateur gemakkelijk om deze box aan te koppelen
hij heeft RCA, Jack en XLR, géén verloopkabels dus meer nodig
ik gebruik hem meer dan welke andere box ik ook heb, en toch blijft hij er goed uitzien, ondermeer dankzij de beschermhoes van QSC, die ik je aanraad te kopen bij je kw122
het is misschien veel geld dat, maar dat voel je maar één keer, de kwaliteit blijft ;) !
