Presa per sostiture una delle tre 12Ax7 del preamp di un Peavey Valveking 20W, ha addolcito un pi la disyorsione rendendola più vintage.

Ik heb geen vergelijking met andere merken wat betreft de 12AT7. Ik had hiervoor een 12AX7 als voorversterker buis en dat klonk als een 1-dimensionale distortion. De 12AT7 heeft diepte en een warme klank. Als ik distortion wil dan zet ik er wel een distortion voor. Het voordeel is dat die warme volle klank behouden blijft. Misschien lag het aan het merk 12AX7 dat ik had, en als dat zo is, dan is Tube Amp Doctor dus een goed merk.
