General

The UA830WB is meant for external mounting antennas on a Shure model U4, ULX or UR4 receiver or UA845 distribution amplifier in a large installation. It effectively shortens the distance to the transmitters. The device is powered via the output port of the Shure receiver or distribution amplifier. When an external antenna is mounted, the UA830WB amplifies the reception of radio signals via a coaxial cable. It compensates the signal loss of a coaxial cable. You can set the length for longer coax cables via a switch. It is also available in band-limited versions.
