When recording at home, it is nice to transform the signal from a mixer or from a professional recorder and make it suitable for a portable recording device or for the computer. Often, for small sound recorders, the input signal turns out to be too high, causing distortion of the sound, or noise comes along with it when adapter plugs are used. Radial J-Iso keeps the signal in check

The Radial J-Iso is a converter that converts the balanced XLR signal to an unbalanced output where the signal is pushed from +4dB from the mixer to a manageable -10dB signal for in the audio input of the recording device or that of the computer, or to a CD player, for example. Optionally, a 6.3 mm jack can be chosen for this, an RCA-out or a 3.5 mm mini-jack for to a mini-recorder or computer.

The built-in Jensen transformer ensures that the signal remains noise-free, distortion-free and suitable for the signal-receiving device across the entire frequency range. This Radial J-Iso converter is also user-friendly with a 'set & forget' level control: the signal can be reduced to a manageable volume with a potentiometer and then you don't have to worry about it anymore.
