General

The AKG C451B is a condenser microphone with a small diaphragm. It has the same acoustic properties as its legendary predecessor, the C451 EB with CK1 capsule. In order to produce neat audio recordings, a high-quality microphone is vital. With the C451B you won't have any problems with that. The microphones are made with the quality that we have come to expect from AKG. Top quality, that is!

Hand-made quality
This rugged microphone is so durable that it can also be used on the road. Its hand-made capsule and low-noise preamp electronics are of astonishing quality and they are a guarantee for extremely clear sound recordings. The microphone is equipped with two switches. The first allows you to filter low tones (75 or 150 Hz). The second lets you adjust the threshold value for the recording (0, 10 and 20 dB).
