What is a B-Stock Item? Any item we can no longer sell as new is labelled B-stock. This can be for a number of reasons, including damaged or missing packaging, or because the item shows light signs of use. In any case, you can expect the item to work just fine. General

We can try to make a guitar sound with dozens of conventional eurorack modules. You then need some oscillators, some envelopes, some filters... and 't sounds like three times nothing. For plucking strings, and perhaps bowing strings, a synthesis module has existed for years: Karplus-Strong. Basically a kind of very short delay line with feedback and some form of damping. Exactly that is the essence of the Strymon SuperKar+ Karplus-Strong eurorack module. In many cases, you can manually put together such a KS algorithm, and so with a lot of modules you have one voice that is very difficult to play. This SuperKar+ does that in a much friendlier way towards the musician. This module has two engines, each with 16 voices. So this is not so much a component module (like a filter, envelope or oscillator) but actually a kind of small synthesiser within a module. And so that can be very handy, just think what it would save in separate modules (and thus money). If you like this type of sound, this is a very interesting product!
