Yamaha's A3R ARE is an affordable all-solid steel-string electro-acoustic with a spruce top, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard, bridge, back and sides. This results in a Yamaha Dreadnought that's excellent for all kinds of musical styles, ranging from finger-picking expression to sweet strumming. This guitar will tug on your heart strings for sure thanks to its full, rich tone that puts plenty of emphasis on the mid-range. What's more, getting this electro-acoustic guitar from A to B is easy with the included Yamaha gig bag.

A3R ARE: top, bracing, and amplification

The acoustic properties of the A3R have been enhanced even more thanks to Yamaha's own A.R.E treatment of the top and scalloped bracing underneath. By reducing the humidity level in the top to an amount normally found in genuine antique guitars, you get a widened vintage sound. As a result of the scalloped bracing, this steel-string's top has even more room to resonate and produce even more volume. In order to amplify the total sound in a high-quality, balanced way, this guitar is equipped with a System71 preamp. You can mix the signal from the SRT piëzo pickup with the simulated sound of a condenser microphone to really tweak your sound to perfection. Unwanted feedback is also a thing of the past thanks to Auto Feedback Reduction.
