General

The Korg EK-50L is the next and natural step up from the EK-50. While both models essentially share the same core, the 50L comes with improved housing and two times the amount of possible sounds. The speakers have also been upgraded to handle the newest styles from the freshest dance music and all of this from a 61-note keyboard that weighs just 8kg.

The Features of the Korg EK-50L

For anyone who happened to miss out on the EK-50, it was a keyboard packed with more than 700 great sounds and 64 styles and the same is true of the 50L. Everything needed to make the most up-to-date songs is included: intros, endings, fills, variations. Naturally, there's an audio input fitted for connecting your phone or MP3 player and playing back your favourite tunes while you play along. This keyboard can also be connected to your computer for use in combination with the included music production software, meaning that this is not just a powerful performance instrument but a highly creative writing tool; completely justifying the added 'L' in the product name which stands for 'Limitless'.

What a cracking piece of equipment this Korg EK50L Arranger Keyboard is. It has such a full sound to it as well as having so many different choices of instruments to play. It's very nicely made, good quality product. With an excellent sound, crisp & clear at any volume. A delight to play and hear. What an incredible array of different sounds and effects. I must say this is a tremendous instrument especially at such a low price. I am highly delighted with the purchase of my Korg EK50L it sounds great! Live Long And Prosper. Brian John Ainsworth

Ik heb dit keyboard onder andere gekocht, omdat je er online uitbreidingen voor zou kunnen krijgen in de vorm van gratis up te loaden songs en styles. Ook zou je op Korg.com een pakket kunne downloaden om je eigen muziek mee te maken. helaas is het uploaden van stules en songs erg lasitig en wordt elke keetr een foutmelding gegegevne. En het pakket dat je online zou moten kunnen downloaden is alleen voor Mac gebruikers. Heb ik nergens terug kunnen vinden en is ook erg frustrerend, aangezien ik mijn aankoop hierop gebaseerd heb, na zeker 5 maanden uitzoeken welk keyboard met zou passen. Naast da het keyboard zelf een facntastisch apparaat is, is dit wel een héle slechte service van Korg.

Keyboard heeft een prachtige klank en vele mogelijkheden.
Ik heb dit keyboard in B-Stock gekocht. Het product ziet eruit zoals op de foto's. Prima product, werkt als nieuw. Kleine gebruikerssporen, maar dat vind ik niet storend.

Dit keyboard is gekocht als vervanging voor mijn 30 jaar oude Yamaha. Veel getwijfeld tussen de Yamaha 473 en de Korg EK-50L en uitgebreid reviews vergeleken. Uiteindelijk gekozen voor de Korg vanwege het prachtige geluid; het geluid was iets meer mijn smaak dan de Yamaha. Het keyboard heeft vele mogelijkheden en is (in de basis) eenvoudig te bedienen. Om alle mogelijkheden te gebruiken is het lezen van de gebruiksaanwijzing wel nodig.
Heb geen moment spijt gehad van mijn aankoop!
