The Tascam Sonicview 16 digital mixing console is a professional solution for remote recording, permanent studio set-ups and broadcasting. Easy to integrate into any existing studio or control room, the Sonicview 16 features a built-in Dante interface, a multi-channel USB interface, and more than enough inputs and outputs. Freely assign functions to the controls, the motorised faders, the two VIEW (Visual Interactive Ergonomic Workflow) touch-screens and the control software to streamline your studio workflow and make it smoother than ever before.

The Sonicview Series

There are two Tascam Sonicview mixers available: the Sonicview 16 and the Sonicview 24. Both are based on the same architecture and set you up with 44 input channels (40 mono/2 stereo), 22 flex output busses, an L/R main bus, and an internal SD/USB stereo audio recorder. The only difference between both mixers has to do with the number of analogue inputs that feature class 1 HDIA microphone preamps (16 vs 24). These preamps are the best mic preamps that Tascam have made to date and boast excellent equivalent input noise (EIN) along with a first-class signal-to-noise ratio, THD, and frequency response.

Top-Class Audio

The 54-bit floating point FPGA mixing engine that powers the Sonicview not only supports flexible level tweaking without sacrificing the audio resolution or extremely low latency, but combines with 32-bit/96 kHz sampling and 32-bit analogue-to-digital converters for the highest possible audio quality as well as excellent tracking, mixing and playback performance. Dante network integration and in-line monitoring systems are fully supported and, since this high-end mixer even features a 32-in/32-out USB interface, it can be used for recording as well as live broadcasting.
