In the low-profile form of this Alpha-Omega 900 Series offering, you're gaining decades of Darkglass expertise backed up by 900 Watts of power. This time around, Karnivool's Jon Stockman has had a hand in the development process, and the result is truly something special, picking up where the formidable Alpha-Omega distortion preamp left off and gifting the metal-sphere with all of the best bits of the preamp plus a studio-grade VCA compressor and an extremely silent six-band equalizer, all of which hands bassists even deeper control over their sound.

MIDI Support & IR Cabinet Simulation

The Alpha-Omega 900 amplifier head also supports MIDI, so external effects and other gear can be MIDI-controlled mid-gig, giving you the power to weave any sound at any given moment. To ensure that you really hold the reins, this model even features on-board impulse response technology, so you can save up to three of your go-to virtual speaker cabinets to the memory slots provided, send the sound of your IR cab of choice directly to the mixing desk, remove the need to mic-up a physical cabinet, and please your live engineer no end. Basically, what this amp does is give you the tools needed to shape, mould and create the sound that you've always had in your head - all courtesy of a compact, lightweight and professional Darkglass design.

BLOWN AWAY......(literally)

If you're a bass player and you want to be heard then this is the amp for you.
The Alpha Omega 900 cuts through the mix like a finely sharpened knife.
The flavours on offer within the amp are vast and wide; from crystal clear cleans to dangerously dirty distortions.
2 drive channels each with distinctive voicings and of course, the option to blend between.
If you need more bass - hit growl.
More treble - hit bite.
With a 6 band EQ on board, tone shaping is at your fingertips and easily accessible. Other features are the amazing built in compression, passive or active mode and a mute button on the front. The Footswitch is fantastic and small enough to not take much space on your pedalboard.
On the back of the amp you get 2 speaker outputs to run 2 cabs in parallel and the option to drop the amp to 2 ohms.
This is the bench mark in modern bass amplification. All delivered in a small, compact and futuristic looking box.
