The Shure Beta58A hasn't even been around that long yet but can already be seen as a classic. The Shure GLX-D24+/B58A wireless system bundles up a Shure GLXD2+ handheld transmitter with a Beta 58A microphone capsule and a GLXD4+ dual-band receiver.

The Shure GLXD2+ Digital Handheld Microphone Transmitter

The Shure GLXD2+ handheld transmitter guarantees superior wireless audio no matter where you are in the world and can be combined with a matching microphone for optimum sound. Outfitted with an integrated lithium-ion rechargeable battery that supports up to 12 hours of operation, this dual-band transmitter ensures excellent digital audio which, combined with automatic frequency management system, delivers ultra-consistent performance.

The Shure GLXD4+ Dual Band Receiver

The Shure GLXD4+ digital receiver forms the core of this system and combines an automatic frequency management system with the newest Dual Band technology to result in reliable and consistent performance. When it comes to setting up, both a 3-pin XLR port and 6.3mm jack port have been fitted on the rear for direct connection to the mixer, and while the receiver can be mains powered, if there's no power socket nearby, it can just as easily be powered by the built-in lithium-ion battery. Charge it up via the USB-C port for up to 12 hours of operation.

The handheld microphone transmitter included in this pack comes pre-fitted with a Shure Beta 58A vocal microphone capsule which has been exclusively designed for both live and studio applications.
