The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.

The extremely versatile AKG C1000S condenser microphone has already reached its fourth edition. This condenser microphone has a slim design and a relatively small diaphragm, making it suitable for use as a drum overhead microphone, for the amplification of pianos or for a variety of other instruments.
The C1000S - also known as the Swiss army knife of microphones - now operates on two AA batteries instead of a 9V block battery so there's no need for phantom power. The batteries last up to 120 hours. It's also capable of two selectable pickup patterns (cardioid and hyper-cardioid) and has two gain and three frequency settings. This makes it perfectly suited for mobile applications.
The AKG C1000S has a black casing and a heart of gold. That is, if we assume that the microphone capsule is the heart of the microphone. The XLR output is gold-plated for optimal contact. The robust metal housing makes it fit for intensive use and it is delivered with a matching microphone clip.
