General

With the Golden Ratio Phi V2, Crazy Tube Circuits serve up a tight multi-mode compressor loaded with three different compression effects, each set up with a fully independent analogue circuit. Select FET mode to gain a fast response and some tasty distortion; select OTA mode for some powerful compression with extra definition; and select OPTO to treat your sound to variable optical compression that spans the organic to the neutral. Even in the lowest settings, this pedal injects the necessary fatness, and thanks to the full-range sound and ultra-low noise floor of this second edition comp, the Golden Ratio Phi V2 can be deployed to back up an array of amplified instruments as well as electric basses and guitars.
