Roland PDX-100 10-inch V-Pad

Net binnen gekregen, gelijk uit de doos en aangesloten op mijn Alesis DM6 (ben bezig langzaam te upgraden ;-) en wilde starten met een mesh snare). Beide triggers (rim en snare zelf) werken goed op de module van de DM6 en de feel is ook gelijk heel wat anders dan de standaard rubber pads op de DM6 totaal geen spijt, waarom dan vier sterren? Als ik de pad precies in het midden raak is het geluid altijd hard (hot spot noemen ze dat geloof ik). Op zich speel ik er zelf naast, dus heb ik dat probleem niet. Verder reageert de pad ook goed op dynamiek verschillen dus het werkt (zonder nog verder te tweaken) out of the box!

Nu nadenken over de volgende upgrade stap, zou zomaar het rack zelf kunnen. Eerst maar weer lekker verder drummen, want daar doe je het uiteindelijk voor ;-)

Ook het 10" formaat is gewoon net wat lekkerder dan de standaard 8". Denk dat 12" (zeker in combi met mijn Alesis overkill is).

Service van BAX-Shop? Tja wat valt daar nou over te klagen, gewoon goed! Gisteravond na intensieve research om 21:15 besteld en vandaag binnen om 11:15.
