What is a B-stock product?

A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.

B-stock information

The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description. The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.

B-stock photos

The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following::

  • Photo of the brand new product
  • Photo of the B-stock product with packaging (if included) and any accessories
  • Photo showing the front of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing the back of the B-stock product
  • Photo showing any damage to the B-stock product (if applicable)

Original packaging

Packaging in good condition: undamaged (sticky tape residue may be visible)
Packaging damaged: box has dents, tears and/or holes
Packaging missing: replaced with a Bax Music box

State of product:

New: the product itself is new, but the packaging may not look new
Signs of use (no damage or scratches): smudges, fingerprints and/or dust
Scratches/damage: product has scratches and/or damage

Can I return a B-stock product?

Yes! Our 30-Day Trial Period also applies to B-stock products.

Do B-stock products come with a warranty?

Yes! Our usual Bax Music warranty also applies to most B-stock products.

General

Sire present the second generation Marcus Miller M7 with 6 strings for bassists who'd like to get their hands on a modern electric bass with a larger range thanks to the standard low B and extra-high C strings. Now, you'll no longer have to choose between both, so there's always that fatter low-end to build your sound on. Claim your rightful spot with tasty melodies on the high string and play interesting chords on the higher frets without any clustering restrictions while the dependable and specially-selected Heavy Mass Custom bridge keeps the tuning and intonation fully in check.

The Marcus Miller M7 Alder: Highly Diverse and a Wall of Foundation Sound

This six-string electric bass also helps you thrive in other areas. For starters, its alder body shapes a wall of foundation sound, while the Canadian maple and walnut used for the neck add an essential dose of punch. Two Marcus Pure Humbucker Advanced pickups make sure you'll punch robustly through the mix and the tried-and-tested Marcus Heritage-3 preamp offers both passive and active tone. Next to bass and treble pots, active mode even lets you cut or boost the mids. The double-coil humbuckers can be simply turned on or off and blended as needed and, since you have a large number of controls at your disposal, this M7-6 2nd Gen can be taken in any musical direction.

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a 3-year warranty.
