General
The Yamaha YBH-831S Baritone Horn has a 3-valve set-up and features a special compensating system for improved pitch compensation. By allowing air to flow through the bypass tubes of valves that are pressed simultaneously with the third valve, pitch accuracy in the mid to low range is significantly improved. Of course, you can play without using a trigger or alternate fingerings. The yellow brass body of this first-class baritone has been silver-plated and, so you can start playing right away, Yamaha includes an SL-48S mouthpiece and a case.
