If you're looking for a bass drumhead that produces an expressive sound, Evans' UV EQ4 is for you. All sounds, from low to high, come out well. The single-ply head, with a thickness of 10 mil, features a UV coating that increases the durability of the head. In addition, Level 360 Technology is used. There is also a dampening ring. This ensures that unwanted overtones are avoided and it also reduces the degree of sustain.

• In mid-2019, Evans changed the logo on the sheets. It used to have 'Level 360' on it, which is no longer the case with the new sheets. The sheets with 'Level 360' on them are still in circulation, so you might receive one with or without that text. Otherwise, the sheet is completely the same.
