Remo's Powersonic 22" bass drumhead offers unparalleled control over the mid range and low end of your kick sound. Its 2-ply 7mil Mylar film provides the lowest and most powerful punches of any of Remo's clear 22-inch heads. Thanks to the special subsonic damping rings with ESDS technology, the low end is enhanced without producing any extra resonance, so you won't need to dampen your bass drum yourself. This durable two-ply bass drum head is as durable as they come, and can take even the hardest hits.

Wat mij betreft geen beter vel dan deze. Ik had het fabrieksvel van DW er (tegen beter weten in) op laten zitten, maar wat een verschil nadat de Powerstroke er op zat.
Eerst (met het DW vel) voornamelijk laag en wollig, maar met de Remo een volle klets met veel midden en laag, zelfs de geluidsman stond versteld van het verschil. De basdrum knalt als een dolle !!!

ideaal voor op mijn Pearl Masters de resonantie onder controle te houden en heeft inderdaad geen interne demping meer nodig
