The KT-10 kick trigger pedal uses Roland's latest technology and provides an authentic playing feel. This low-noise trigger pedal has been designed to be used with V-Drums sound modules and other electronic percussion instruments.
Roland KT-10 kick trigger pedal
The all-in-one design of the pedal provides a quick, smooth response and features a unique reverse-action trigger mechanism, which makes the KT-10 not only compact in size, but also much more quiet than a traditional bass drum pedal. Thanks to its small footprint, this kick trigger pedal can easily be used alongside an acoustic kick pedal in a hybrid drum kit. The KT-10 is a great tool to expand the options of your SPD percussion pad or HandSonic HPD-20 and, thanks to its professional feel, low-noise character and compact size, it can also effortlessly be integrated into your V-Drums kit.
Adjust and expand
The feel of the KT-10 kick trigger pedal can be fully adapted to your personal playing style. The response of the pedal can be adjusted by removing the weights in the beater mechanism, or by sliding them into separate slots. You can also modify the spring tension of the KT-10, by moving the spring to different hook positions. The practical Mix input allows you to connect a second KT-10 kick trigger pedal.

Ik gebruik deze in combinatie met mijn Roland TD-02. Het verschil met het standaard meegeleverde pedaal is enorm: veel groter en zwaarder. Maar daardoor ook veel stabieler. Het oude pedaal was wat wiebelig en verschoof snel. Ook had het niet echt een lekkere feel. Dat is nu echt veel beter. Het voetoppervlak is ook veel breder en stroever waardoor de grip sterk verbeterd is. Ik ben een hobbydrummer en heb wat getwijfeld over deze toch forse uitgave, maar ben er heel tevreden mee. Tenslotte is hij ook nog aanmerkelijk stiller. Ik heb er wel een drumtapijt en nog een extra rubber tegel onder liggen. Maar hoef nu niet meer bezorgd te zijn over de benedenburen en dat speelt wel zo ontspannen.

Wow, wat een fijn pedaal is dit zeg. Na het bekijken van enkele YouTube filmpjes was ik beducht: maakt het ding toch teveel lawaai? Maar het waren slecht opgenomen filmpjes. Het pedaal maakt nauwelijks herrie en speelt erg fijn. Uit de doos gepakt, aangesloten, gevoeligheid op de module ingesteld en ... go. Het ding is ook als een tank gebouwd. Mijn beste Roland product tot nu toe.

Je suis passé des stompboxs aux pédales KT 10 avec un Module Roland TM 2.
La sensation est incroyablement la même que celles de pédales classiques, et surtout, aucune alimentation nécessaire ! Je l'ai essayé en complément sur d'autre triggers comme la Quantumloop de Ortega ! Ça fonctionne toujours !
Construction solide, un poil lourd mais ça assure une meilleure stabilité !
Aucune hésitation à avoir sur ce produit !

Ik heb een kleine maar erg gezellige home studio. Hij is voorzien van alle gemakken maar wat klein uitgevallen om er een hele akoestische set in kwijt te geraken. Om plaats te besparen gebruik ik twee octapads en elektronische kick om tracks in te spelen. Dankzij de KT-10 Kick-trigger kan ik twee basdrumpedalen naast elkaar hebben plus de hihat trigger op een plaats waar ik maar 1 kick kon zetten. De KT-10 kick-triggers vragen wel een beetje wennen maar mits een beetje tweaken met de gewichtjes van de beater en de spanning van de veer ze zijn erg goed en soepel. Ik heb ze nu en paar maand en voor mij zijn ze een geweldige aanwinst voor mijn zeer compacte e-drum set in mijn home studio.

Na de aanschaf van de Roland TD-1KV merkte ik dat het kickpedaal die er bij zit op zich goed functioneert, maar niet een vergelijkbare feel heeft van een normaal kickpedaal. Op advies van mijn drumleraar deze gekocht en ik kan alleen maar stellen dat dit een zeer goed alternatief is voor de "analoge" kick en in elk geval voor de meegeleverde kick bij de TD-1KV. Op het eerste gezicht niet goedkoop, maar als je het product in je handen hebt dan is al snel duidelijk dat dit waar voor zijn geld is. Aanrader, net als de TD-1KV drumkit trouwens. Doe de originele kick niet weg, met de meegeleverde jackkabel kun je zelfs een dubbele kick simuleren.
Let wel op, de (niet makkelijk) uitdraaibare spikes zijn scherp, dus niet te ver anders prikt die door je drumtapijt.

Prima pedaal, ik was erg benieuwd hoe het speelgevoel zou zijn en ik moet zeggen dat me dit 100% is meegevallen. Alles wat ik op een normaal pedaal kan kan ik ook op deze. Hij speelt erg licht zelfs in z'n zwaarste stand, maar gelukkig niet te licht waardoor het weer een belemmering wordt. Verder een erg solide pedaal, mooi afgewerkt en met bijgeleverde kabel . Ondanks de grote rubbers aan de onderkant van de plaat en de bekkende pinnen die je uit kan draaien heeft hij toch wel de neiging om te gaan schuiven....bekend probleem maar genoeg oplossingen voor te verzinnen. Prima ding dus en zoals gewoonlijk de volgende dag in huis. Bax bedankt
