With the integrated FBQ equalizer, you can literally see what you play. The regular mode allows you to increase or decrease individual frequencies, and if you press the FBQ button, you switch over to a spectrum analyzer. And yes, that is as cool as is sounds, because now the LEDs indicate the various intensity levels. When you use this function, you get an at-a-glance overview of which bands need to be adjusted for optimal performance. This also means that low-frequency feedback is eliminated, which is often associated with hollow-body bass guitars.
For a pounding bass sound, you can activate the Ultrapass processor. This sends out a signal that's an octave lower than the original signal, so a new layer of depth is added to your bass line. The result is a powerful, punchy bass! Moreover, you can easily turn the Ultrabass function on or off with the included footswitch.
