General

Designed by Tim Shaw, the Fender Cobalt Chrome Precision Bass Split-Coil pickup takes the sonic potential of any standard Precision Bass and injects a shot of fresh and defined Hi-Fi quality. This pickup is voiced by exclusively developed magnets made from an FeCrCo alloy, otherwise known as Cobalt Chrome, which is exactly what gives it such clarity, tightness and dynamic range. Install this split-coil and gain a forceful low end framed by a sweet bass register, all while the chrome-plated ring and black cap keep everything shielded and hum-free.
