General

Duff McKagan is best known as the bassist of Guns N' Roses. Now you can get his sound yourself with your bass guitar thanks to the Duff McKagan Signature PJ Pickup Set from Seymour Duncan. This set includes Seymour Duncan Hot Stack Jazz Bass pickup for the bridge position, ideal for avoiding hum and for more definition. The pickup for the neck position is a split-coil Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound P-Bass pickup with Alnico 5 magnets and a nice amount of output. This combination guarantees you a raw sound with tight lows and plenty of attack. The set stands out with its distinctive skull-with-crossed-bones logo and is ideal for classic rock, hard rock, punk, grunge and metal. These pickups are hand-built in California.
