Darkglass' Microtubes B7K V2 Analog Bass Preamp can be used to shape the sound of your bass guitar. In addition to its blend, level and drive knobs, there's a 4-band EQ that lets you control the low and high mids separately as well as buttons that let you change the centre frequencies. Wrote the following about Darkglass Microtubes B7K V2 Analogue Bass Preamp

Ik maak al jaren gebruik van de Tech 21 SansAmp Bassdriver (versie 1). Vooral voor cleane basgeluiden is dit een voortreffelijk stukje gereedschap. Wil je je geluid echter een randje geven dan komt de Darkglass veel beter uit de bus. Wat een geweldig pedaaltje is dit. De volledig over de top geluiden laat ik voor wat ze zijn maar het net overstuurde geluid is fenomenaal. Zowel de USA Precision als de Jazz klinken geweldig en behouden hun karakter maar ook mijn Squier P Infinity dondert er als herboren op los.
Ga 'm dus testen in de winkel want geluid is uiteraard persoonlijk. Het ding is niet goedkoop maar z'n geld meer dan waard.
