This supercardioid shotgun condenser microphone possesses a 3.5 mm mini-plug that you can connect directly to your DSLR microphone, camcorder, audio recorder or other audio/video equipment compatible with the 3.5 mm jack. You can mount the integrated shock mount on the camera or on a fishing rod tripod. The high-quality unidirectional capsule reduces ambient noise and records with more clarity and definition. To reduce wind and so-called 'plosives', a pop filter is included. The BY-BM3030 is powered by two AA batteries and has an operating time of around 150 hours. Due to its small weight, you hardly notice that the microphone is mounted on your camera.
