General
The Performance 3 is the next step in the development of a very popular series of capos by G7th. This model is fitted with special ART padding, which adjusts itself to the strings and the fretboard radius of your guitar. Thanks to Unique Tension Control, it's easy to place the capo around an acoustic or electric guitar neck. It doesn't exert any more pressure than needed and equally distributes it over each of the strings to keep out any string buzz and rattling sounds.

This is a brilliant capo, so easy to apply on and off the neck, I can even do it with one hand which is more helpful than you think! I have mainly used it on my Acoustic with 12 gauge strings and it has worked very well, with no rattling or muffled strings. Very happy with this product!

Voorheen verschillende 'traditionele' capo's gebruikt. De ene speciaal voor elektrisch gitaar, de andere speciaal voor mn acoustische gitaar (met stalen snaren) Toen er 1 kapot ging ben ik gegaan voor de G7th. Deze werkt perfect op beiden. Handige bediening, zit niet in de weg, drukt de snaren niet uit stemming.. Prijs is wel wat hoger dan de meeste capo's en kan een nadeel zijn voor een sloddervos zoals ik die wel eens wat laat slingeren :-) top gereedschap

Voor mijn elektrische gitaar is deze capo geweldig. De capo is zeer compact, waardoor deze niet in de weg zit en niet teveel in het oog springt. Verder voelt 'ie degelijk aan, en laat zich makkelijk met één hand plaatsen. Als ik 'm niet nodig heb maar wel in de buurt wil houden, zet ik 'm net zo gemakkelijk met één hand vast op de headstock.
Ik zou vijf sterren geven wanneer dezelfde capo ook geschikt zou zijn voor mijn spaanse gitaar, maar doorvoor is deze toch echt te klein. Daar heb ik uiteindelijk dan ook de "G7th Newport Classical capo" voor gekocht. Werkt ook prima, maar net niet zo fijn als deze.

Ben niet zo tevreden over deze capo. Ik vind persoonlijk dat hij de snaren van mijn akoestische gitaar met snaardikte 012 niet goed genoeg dichtknijpt. Blijf vaak met rammelende snaren zitten. Zeker voor deze prijs zou je iets meer mogen verwachten.

Deze capo is helemaal top! Evenwijdige distributie van druk op de snaren, met één hand te bedienen
en ook nog eens een superstrak design.
Heb al verschillende capo's van bekende merken gehad maar dit is de eerste capo waar ik niks op aan te merken heb.

Weinig op- of aan te merken op deze capo. Ze is slank, klemt goed en doet haar werk. Ook het eraf halen werkt makkelijk (met 1 hand) en ziet er ook nog eens goed uit. Ik vraag mij af hoelang het systeem meegaat, maar aangezien ze een levenslange garantie bieden zal het wel goed zitten. Wellicht is de prijs wat hoger, maar daarvoor krijg je wel echt kwaliteit.

Zeer degelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke capo. Iets duurder maar zijnngeld meer dan waard.
Na hem zelf al een tijdje te gebruiken, niet voor niets eentje voor de dochter besteld.

Moest even wennen aan het gebruik t.o.v. een 'normale' capo maar het is een vernuftig systeem waar je de druk op de snaren zelf kan regelen (waar normale capo's vaak te hard knijpen en je gitaar ontstemt) is dat bij deze capo een stuk minder. De toekomst zal uitwijzen of deze capo dit relatief grote bedrag waard is :)
