With the Debut 50R, Blackstar brings an electric guitar amp with an analogue signal path and simple controls. This makes it an excellent alternative to the often complicated digital modeling combos. The Blackstar Debut 50R is therefore aimed at the guitarist who is simply looking for an excellent sound, without all kinds of bells and whistles. You get access to two channels, namely clean and overdrive. Combined with Blackstar's patented Infinite Shape Feature (ISF), you can choose between British and American overdrive tones. This limited edition has a fresh Baby Blue body with a Union Jack grille!

Debut 50R: Convincing tones

The Blackstar Debut 50R can be used as a home practice amp, but also for small-scale gigs. In fact, it is possible to reduce the 50W output to 5W. By using a MOSFET preamp, the Debut 50R gets the sound characteristics reminiscent of those of a real tube amp. There's also a hall and plate reverb built in to give your sound extra depth. In short, the Blackstar Debut 50R offers an excellent basic sound with which you can play all kinds of genres.

Convenient connections

It is clear that the Blackstar team has put a lot of thought into the design of the Debut 50R. For instance, you can use a separately available footswitch to quickly switch between the two channels. There is also a Line In for listening to music or playing along with your favourite tracks. Thanks to the Line Out with speaker simulation, you can practice or record in silence. Of course, it is also possible to connect headphones. There is even an effects loop present so you can integrate your own favourite effect pedals effortlessly.
