The Blackstar HT Club 40 MkIII valve amplifier is a great option for guitarists in need of a widely deployable combo. This third-generation model features an all-new clean channel and a spicy overdrive channel, each of which comes with two footswitchable voicings. In addition, you're getting the British brand's Infinite Shape Feature (ISF) so you can switch between British and American-style sound. As a welcome bonus, Blackstar even include a two-way footswitch.
The HT Club 40 MkIII: Easy to Use
The HT Club 40 MkIII can effortlessly handle home studios and small gigs where, thanks to the built-in CabRig technology, you can opt for speaker simulation via the balanced XLR output, stereo line output or USB. The amp also features a built-in attenuator so you can knock the 40W output down to 4W and enjoy EL34-style sound at low volume.

Heel tevreden van deze versterker, maar ik vind er één groot nadeel aan.
Het volume en de gain van OD 1 en OD 2 kunnen namelijk niet apart geregeld worden.
Wanneer de master volume op 4 of hoger ingesteld wordt, is het volume verschil tussen beide kanalen niet te doen.
Ik heb mijn versterker laten modden, zodat ik de gain en het volume wel apart kon regelen, maar dat was een kostelijke aanpassing.
Anders heel tevreden.
Het volume en de gain van OD 1 en OD 2 kunnen namelijk niet apart geregeld worden.
