General

The VOX AC15 Custom is the guitar amp that started it all. Consisting of both a standard and a Top Boost channel, this tube amp combo is a real workhorse with 15 watts of authentic British sound. Inside, it has a 12-inch Celestion G12M Greenback speaker which is driven by three 12AX7 preamp tubes in front and two EL84 power amp tubes. The result is the VOX AC15C1-TN: a Limited Edition model in stylish Tan Bronco Tolex finish with a pure dynamic sound.

AC15C1-TN Limited Edition: reverb and tremolo

With the AC15C1-TN, VOX offers a spring reverb and a classic tremolo effect to further enhance your guitar's sound. Use an optionally-available foot pedal to easily turn these effects on and off and the Speed and Depth knobs to adjust their speed and intensity. For an even fuller sound, you can add an extra speaker cabinet. In short, this amp offers an unmistakable VOX sound with modern functionality.

Wrote the following about VOX AC15C1-TN Limited Edition guitar amp combo

Eigenlijk wilde ik al jaren een VOX ac 30 hebben , maar er kwam een Hodrod deville , een Marshall 8080 , een Fender PA135 , kocht na 23 jaar mijn oude Twin-reverb 135 watt terug , en nu kwam ik er achter dat ik alleen maar loeiharde versterkers in huis had , waar je thuis niet veel mee kunt , behalve als je alleen clean wilt spelen . Toen zag ik de ac 15 Limited Edition Tan , dus in een mooie beige kleur. Na wat recensies gelezen en gehoord te hebben heb ik er voor gekozen . Is met zijn 15 watt ( volledig buizen ) gewoon een geweldig werkpaardje , die zeker ook bij grote optredens , dan wel met microfoon versterkt , een geweldige sound geeft . Zeker mijn handmade ' de Gier reflection " met TV Jones en Nordstrand Tele elementen geeft goed thuis. Kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik er erg blij mee ben .

The British amp-builder VOX is releasing a very special series of amplifiers especially for NAMM. We're talking about the Analog Valves, which come in three sizes and are best described as a modelling tube amp combos. What's more, VOX has given three classics a new Tan Bronco Tolex finish, and is now offering the legendary AC15 and AC30 as heads, including a 2x 12-inch speaker cabinet.
