The Zildjian Company is the most famous cymbal manufacturer in the world, and with good reason. Their products are always of the highest quality and they have an incredibly wide range of different sounding cymbals, so that you can find the perfect Zildjian cymbal for every situation. The K family cymbals get their name from the man who developed their sound in 19th century Turkey: Kerope Zildjian.
The K Zildjian cymbals have a dark sound, that is still well-suited for a wide variety of musical styles. This 18-inch crash has a complex, warm sound that gives you a smooth wash. Due to the fact that this is quite a thin cymbal, its sound is not overpowering, and it will carry on for a little while after you strike the cymbal. This low-pitched, musical cymbal will be a great addition to virtually any setup.
