General
Today, thanks to the Big Fat Snare Drum, you can change your snare sound from modern to vintage in a literal snap. But what if you want some more options when it comes to your snare sound? Then Steve's Donut XL 13-inch is one of the mute heads you should definitely give a try. The difference compared to the regular Steve's Donut, is that the cut-out of this XL version is much larger. This allows you to get more attack out of your batter without sacrificing much of the warmth that a Big Fat Snare Drum provides.
