General
It's fascinating to see how much influence relatively small links in the musical chain can have on the sound of countless hits and albums. Take the Remo Emperor drumheads, for instance. These popular heads were introduced in the '60s, and have become a worldwide favourite. If you're looking for the sound of the first Emperor heads, then the VE-0114-00 Vintage Emperor Coated is the perfect drumhead for you.
Remo VE-0114-00 14-inch Vintage Emperor Coated
This 14-inch batter head for your snare drum or tom is made of plies of polyester film, each ply measuring 7.5mil thick. It offers medium sustain and a bright sound with accentuated mids and lows. Dynamically, it's very versatile, the stick response is top-notch and allows you to play in a highly nuanced way. Finally, of course, the durability is great, like you'd expect from Remo!

Remo VE-0114-00 Vintage Emperor Coated 14-inch
Zeer goed vel. Mooi afgewerkt zoals altijd bij Remo. Klinkt heel goed.
