The Marine Band was at the beginning of a very big change in the world of music. From its presentation in the year 1896, many styles of music changed dramatically. This diatonic harmonica, only ten centimetres long, gained a very important role in the development of blues, folk, rock and pop music. The Marine Band soon became a folk instrument that could be used anywhere. From the backyard on a sunny day to the world's biggest stages.
